Viktor nods. He doesn't know this man, but for some reason, he trusts him. He has a reassuring way about him, and doesn't seem like he could be bothered to try to steer Viktor wrong.

Viktor pushes himself up from the barstool and hobbles out of the bar. He blinks around at the vast void space and the portals. As the three illuminate before him, he shuffles closer, looking into each and pondering.
He squints at the blinding light of the sylph portal. It's absolutely beautiful, but he doesn't feel especially drawn to it. The second portal calls to him even less. But the third, the underwater city that is clearly in shambles... People there may need help. He lingers in front of the portal, his fingertips automatically reaching out to touch the torn seaweed wreathing it.
