Finnick likes that Rolan laughs at his jokes, even if it is only because he's drunk. No one laughs at Finnick's stupid jokes.

"A man after my own heart." Finnick would say the same about lobster meat, it's one of his favourites, and anyone who likes seafood gets points in his book.

Finnick chuckles heartily at that absolute roast of Anthem. Wow! Incredible. He would defend his friend's honour, but from Rolan's general peacock vibe, Finnick is certain he's exaggerating, which just makes it funny.
