It was a little him? Finnick isn't exactly sure what he did wrong, or what he could do differently. It seems some people just don't like it when he's too nice to them off the bat. He can understand it, sort of. But does he really want to change that he cares and shows it? That doesn't seem right.

"It's okay," he says, shrugging like it doesn't bother him. It's clear his guard is still up.

"I haven't always been nearly as trusting of people as I am now. It took a long time. So I shouldn't expect people to trust me right away, either."
