How explain it in terms that would make sense. This whole place is such a throwback, or a fever-dream. Magic and elves and... She doesn't know what else. Panem had taught her not to judge on what was possible or not, but it still felt surreal. How do you explain orbit-to-surface weaponry to someone who might have no notion of spacetravel?
