Over the kitchen space, bundles of fresh spices were tied together with simple twine and left to dangle. There lingered the scent of coffee, a little bread, and toasted sugar.
"So... what's with the 'magic' stuff when it came to the cupcake? I'd imagine you don't seem the sort to hit up a bakery, but do you not get any home-cooked somethings-or-another back home?"
