Finnick exhales hard, heat flaring again in his gut at that beautiful, adorable pleading. It takes everything in him not to plunge in immediately, but he forces restraint on himself once again. John's comfort and consent is more important than his own desire.

"Okay, remember to breathe, baby. Tell me, or tap me, if you need to slow down or stop."

Then he leans down to kiss John deeply, and guides himself forward, tip breaching into his hole. He makes himself go painstakingly slow, despite how deep he's craving more of that warm, tight pressure. He listens and looks closely for any sign of discomfort from John as he presses in further, stopping every so often to allow John's body to adjust, until he reaches the hilt.
