It would seem that Halsin does want to talk, and as he does, Finnick turns a little toward him, raising his newly scarred right arm up to settle behind Halsin on the pool's edge. He examines his friend's expression, blue eyes flickering around his features before settling on his eyes.

He isn't sure what Halsin is referring to, yet, and he's not sure how to ask, so he just waits and listens intently.
