Cinna nods in agreement, but he can see that Finnick isn't understanding his point. Finishing with eating, he makes sure his hands are clean and rests one on Finnick's shoulder.

"What I'm tryin' to say, Finnick...it's that just like the folks in the Capitol, good and bad? It's a gut thing. You can feel 'rotten' down in your core, and all I've ever known of you is...well, what you want me to know. But you can't hide 'good' behind a mask, and the good ones never make the rounds you do by choice. There's always something to trade with good people--I don't know your reasons. I don't need to know your reasons, but if it ever weighs on you? And it does--it damn sure weighed on my Mamaw when she could only see her dad once a year--I want you to know that you're not the only one...and sometimes, good things can come of it. Maybe find some comfort and hope in knowing that."
