His silent message is met with a nod, and she swims over to the entrance, spending a few interesting moments trying to negotiate with the compact. It'll be a pain to dry out after this (and the salt!), but wandering in circles for hours was even less of an attractive prospect, so she dips her finger into it, and presses a mauve 'X' into rock on the side of the entrance. Once she's quite sure that it's visible, she turns, in time to find Solas approaching her.

She tilts her head as the mushrooms are offered, holding the flare up for further light. After a few moments, she nods, and fishes a sack out of the pocket of her shorts, opening it up for him to deposit the mushrooms. Then she turns and starts to look to see if she can find any more. Maybe if they're quick, they can spend a few moments in the cavern above water, take a break before making the unpleasant journey again.
