Hearing his name has his breath catching in his throat and before he knows it he takes off running, only stopping short of colliding with is father, arms thrown around him in a tight hug once he reaches him.

Stiles' eyes squeeze shut to keep tears from falling. He never thought he'd see his dad again, especially here. Funny how it seems like they've traded one supernatural world for another.

When they part for a moment, all he can do is nod to the question before being tugged back into another tight hug, Stiles' own arms tightening just a little.

"I'm okay, dad," he says shakily, voice wet with emotion. "I'm okay."
