"I thought looking around for shelter would have been the first thing an adventurer would do," he teased, pairing his words with a charming smile.

Then he led her through the streets until he brought them to a small apartment near the edge of town. There were no personal items since he hadn't been there long but he had some pieces of armor that he hadn't felt like wearing while wandering around looking at the lights.
