"They sent you to the Salt Spire?" Rook's eyes widened a touch; that just seemed cruel, considering the prison he'd been confined to and experimented on. "I mean, I'd like to go there sometime...though I, well. I, uh, can't swim." Taash had to haul her out of a lake once while she flailed like a feral cat. It had been quite embarrassing. She walked away briefly to grab a candelabra off of a nearby table--unlit, thankfully--and strolled back over. "I actually live here in Grey Ward, but I'd like to find somewhere big enough for all of us to live comfortably, like the Lighthouse. If anyone else shows up."
Because who was Rook, if she wasn't taking care of the team. She used the base of the candelabra to smash the glass with one good whac, because if there was one thing she was good at, it was breaking things. Sadly, much better at breaking than careful restoration, but both skillsets had a place among the Veil Jumpers.
